Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Yard Plan Report provides a web-based planning tool that uses user-provided yard, garden, patio, or landscape photos and project preferences to create AI-assisted redesign previews and structured planning reports. Reports may include visual concepts, plant suggestions, material lists, cost ranges, action steps, maintenance notes, and export or sharing features.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to use online services and make purchases in your jurisdiction. If you use the service for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

3. User Content

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, notes, and generated planning materials you upload or create. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content, generate yard plans, store saved reports, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, sexually explicit, or intended to abuse the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, credits, payment, or security controls;
• upload malware, spam, or harmful content;
• use generated plans as a substitute for required permits, engineering, safety, or professional construction advice;
• resell, scrape, or overload the service without written permission.

5. AI Output

Yard plans are generated with help from third-party AI models and may contain mistakes, omissions, unrealistic costs, unsuitable plants, or incomplete construction assumptions. AI Yard Plan Report is an independent product and is not affiliated with third-party model providers unless a page explicitly states otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing generated plans with qualified local professionals before relying on them for purchases, permits, construction, drainage, electrical work, irrigation, or safety decisions.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and one-time Design Packs are shown on the Pricing page before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. One-time Design Packs are not subscriptions, do not renew, and are delivered as report credits or report unlocks unless the purchase page states a different limitation.

Active subscribers can open billing management from account settings to manage payment details or cancel through Creem Customer Portal. You can also request subscription help through the contact email below. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless the plan terms or a refund decision state otherwise.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. We may deny refunds for consumed credits, abusive usage, violations of these terms, or requests outside the stated window.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address security issues. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, plant suitability, local code compliance, contractor pricing, permit approval, or that generated concepts can be built exactly as shown.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Yard Plan Report will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill arising from your use of the service.
