1. 总览

AI Yard Plan Report sells digital access to AI-powered yard plan previews, complete reports, exports, and subscription or one-time Design Pack allowances. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

2. 免费预览

The product provides a limited free preview so you can test the core workflow before buying. Because AI and payment processing have immediate costs, refunds are limited once paid report credits, Design Pack unlocks, exports, or subscription features have been substantially used.

3. 可退款场景

Refunds may be approved for:

• duplicate or clearly incorrect charges;
• payment made but report credits, Design Pack access, or subscription access not delivered;
• extended service outage preventing use of paid core features;
• a first-time purchase request submitted within 24 hours with little or no paid usage;
• legal requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.

4. 不可退款场景

Refunds are generally not available for:

• report credits or paid generations already consumed;
• one-time Design Pack purchases after the paid report or export has been used;
• subscription renewals after meaningful use in the renewal period;
• change of mind after using paid features;
• violations of the Terms of Service or abusive usage.

5. 订阅取消

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Active subscribers can open billing management from account settings to cancel through Creem Customer Portal. Your access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period. If the portal is not available for your order, email support and we will help with cancellation.

6. 如何申请退款

Email support@yardplanai.com with:

• your account email;
• order ID, checkout ID, or subscription ID if available;
• purchase date;
• reason for the request and any relevant screenshots.

7. 处理时间

We aim to respond to refund and billing requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card network timing may vary.
